We are so excited to announce our newest partnership! Little Red Hen Soap will be partnering with Children First. Children First works in Haiti to meet the needs of former street children. Enoc Loiusius started it in 2016. Loiusius wanted to provide the children with not only a safe place to live but a home and a future.
Children’s First operates not only an orphanage but also a school that children in the community can attend.
Little Red Hen Soap will be funding the purchase of goats, chickens, and plantain trees. These will enable them to provide extra nourishment for their children and help them move towards sustainability. You can find out more about Children First at https://www.facebook.com/haitichildrenfirst
We are so delighted to announce that, thanks to a very generous donation, we have met our goal for Maisha Africa! This will allow them to build a piggery (pig farm). This pig farm will provide nutrition for the children in their care, manure for farming, and provide ongoing sustainability.
