OILS and FATS

Grass Fed tallow – Our tallow comes from pasture raised, grass fed and grass finished cows. They are never given antibiotics of hormones. 

Our pasture raised tallow gives the soap a creamy texture and is easily absorbed into the skin. Tallow not only makes the soap creamy and nourishing it also makes a hard bar of soap that lasts a long time. This is a creamy soap and does not have a lot of lather. 

Avocado Oil – This oil is very moisturizing and has an abundance of vitamins A, D and E. Avocado Oil is said to help dry or sun damaged skin.

Buriti Oil- Aids in rebuilding and re-hydrating and moisturizing skin. It is easily absorbed and can reduce lines and wrinkles.

Castor Oil – Used to maintain moisture in the skin. It is absorbed easily, keeping your skin soft.

Cocoa Butter – Helps with eczema, dermatitis and stretch marks. It is rich in vitamin E, which can hydrate, soothe and provide collagen to the skin.

Coconut Oil – Provides a natural alternative to chemical moisturizers. It is sometimes used to treat acne.

Mango Butter – Softens and soothes the skin. It contains anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.

Neem oil Up to 75% of Ayurvedic remedies have some form of neem in them. Neem is high in vitamin E, and an excellent moisturizer. It is soothing to dry cracked and damaged skin.

Olive Oil – Holds moisture to the skin while making a soap with a conditioning lather.

Shea Butter – Rich in vitamins A, E and F. Shea creates a protective but breathable layer on the skin. It absorbs easily and is good for dry skin, rashes, itchy skin, eczema, burns, and bites.

Tamanu oil- Has amazing regenerative abilities which make it great for younger looking skin and scar reduction.  It has antiseptic and antiviral properties. You can read more about it here.
